一、本人秉持誠實、負責、公正、保密原則，善意使用教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心所提供之資源及服務。
二、本人確認提供之個人資料皆為真實且正確，個人資料包含但不限於姓名、身分、服務單位、專業領域、身分識別碼、電子信箱等。
三、本人明瞭並遵守學術倫理規範，承諾在使用教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心網站期間，將親自閱讀線上課程，並依個人所學誠實地填寫總測驗。
四、本人明瞭並同意「教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心蒐集個人資料告知事項暨同意書（個人註冊）（點此查看）」、「隱私權與資訊安全政策（點此查看）」各項規定。
五、本人同意在教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心網站修課期間，若經查證確有作弊或偽造資料之違反學術倫理情事，情節嚴重者，教育部臺灣學術倫理教育資源中心有權撤銷本人之修課證明、清除修課或測驗紀錄、帳號停權或刪除。
選擇「我同意」代表您明瞭、同意並願意遵守聲明書規定。選擇「不同意」，本中心無法提供服務，請另尋其他修課管道，或逕洽您所屬之大專校院或科研機構，聯絡方式請查詢「查詢身分與聯絡窗口」。（不同意者，下次登入可重新選擇）

1. I will follow the principle of honesty, responsibility, justice, and confidentiality and use the resources and services provided by the Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education in good faith.
2. I confirm that all the personal information provided herein, including but not limited to name, identity, institution, specialization, ID number, email address, etc., is true and correct.
3. I understand and comply with the academic ethics standard. I shall take the courses myself and take the exams honestly.
4. I understand and agree with the contents of the “Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education: Personal Information Collection Statement and Consent (Registrant)(Click)” and “Center for Taiwan Academic Research Ethics Education: The Right to Privacy and Information Security Policy.(Click)”
5. I agree that AREE may revoke any certificate granted, delete course and test records, or suspend or delete the account if any cheat or falsification is proved to be true.
